What is Rilievo ?
Rilievo ... is an architectural surface system — a family of custom-designed, CNC-fabricated relief panels engineered to transform interior environments through pattern, light, and material.Each Rilievo surface is conceived through a unique design process that begins with hand sketching, evolves through parametric digital modeling, and is realized with precision CNC fabrication. The result is not a decorative finish, but an architectural feature — an integrated system designed to shape spatial experience at any scale.
Rilievo is designed and developed by Philip Shikhess, and proudly aligns with the standards of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).


The Visionary Behind Rilievo
Rilievo is led by Philip Shikhess — a designer with thirty years of experience in 3D modeling, parametric design, and CNC-fabricated surfaces.
While Rilievo establishes the product, Philip continues to explore the future of computational design — bridging the physical and digital worlds through Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and the emerging language of digital twins.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with international project experience spanning the United States, Europe, and the Gulf region.
